Marina has worked for several EAPS in a variety of capacities including Director of Clinical Services, Director of Account Management, and VP of Operations. She has worked with client companies ranging from IBM to Fedex to Polo Ralph Lauren and many more.

Mike has served on the board of directors of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association and has worked with EAP clients for 25 years.

Together, Mike and Marina created a unique all-day training programs to teach health care companies, treatment facilities, and group clinical practices how to add a 21st century EAP that incorporates technology and social media to their book of business.
