Marina London, LCSW, CEAP, is the creator of the award winning iWebU blog, a weekly blog about the Internet and social media for mental health and EA professionals who are challenged by new technologies. Previously she wrote the Tech Trends column for the Journal of Employee Assistance. She has presented on mental health and technology topics at national and international conferences. Marina also writes a column on tech trends for the Journal of Employee Assistance. She has presented on mental health and technology topics at national and international conferences.
Marina previously served as an executive for several national EAP and managed mental health care firms and was the webmaster and web content manager for the Employee Assistance Professionals Association. In this capacity she oversaw the publication of the Journal of Employee Assistance and the EAP Newsbrief, an electronic weekly newsletter. She is one of the first professionals in the world to earn a certificate in Mobile Instructional Design. Marina holds degrees from Yale University and Columbia University School of Social Work. She is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).

She has extensively managed EAP programs, serving primarily Fortune 1000 corporations. This includes the creation of EAP corporate infrastructure, computer/software utilization and training protocols. She has overseen management of IT functions.
She presents at national and international conferences on topics related to technology and cybersecurity. Researched, designed and delivered training programs for national and international corporations and not-for-profit organizations.

Dr. Mike Klaybor brings thirty years of experience in practicing counseling psychology with individuals and couples. His approach uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Specific specialties include anxiety and stress management, chronic pain & chronic illness management, depression, substance abuse evaluations, employee assistance and executive coaching for workplace performance and leadership.
Dr. Klaybor earned his master’s and doctorate degrees in counseling and psychology from Indiana University. He is a licensed professional counselor and supervisor (LPC-S), licensed marriage & family therapist (LMFT), licensed chemical dependency counselor (LCDC), and a national certified counselor (NCC). He is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).

Recently he has been training professionals in the use of telemental health platforms and services. Using videoconferencing, he has provided coaching, supervision and consulting in over 23 countries.
